These just tumbled out while rewatching my Other favourite episode of all time:

2 Turlough’s accusing his friend of pinching the car, and then telling said friend he took the blame is so adoreably slippery.
3 Nice to see Teagan is still having an unhappy time on the TARDIS. She’s changed so much from Logopolis, all that optimism has gone away.
4 EW! Look at that mangled-Mawdryn effect…
5 Never, ever trust anyone who calls himself Black Guardian. He’s bound to be up to mischief.
6 The Brigadier has become an Elizabeth college teacher! They have a CCF!
7 Is that Four’s coat covering the corpse?
8 Stand up Teagan "hospital’s the second best thing" Jovanka; the Seventh Doctor wants a few words with you.
9 The Doctor and the Brigadier! Aw!
10 The zero room being mentioned!
11 "I’m very worried about Nyssa and Tegan" - the Doctor may say this, but actually this is the first time he’s mentioned them - every other time it’s just been the TARDIS.
12 Oh COOL plot device of them being in the same place at different times. Go on, show Torchwood how it’s done! It’s babyBlink! It’s Timeywimey!
13 I love the headmaster’s calm acceptance of Turlough’s situation…oops…oh dear! Now that's just creepy.
14 Well done, Tagan, it’s not the Doctor. Give her a cookie.
15 I can’t remember when 9/10 said "we’re part of events now" as an excuse, but this is plainly what he meant.
16 Mawdryn is amazing! He makes quite a convincing Doctor too. I like his look, very Riff Raff.

18 Did anyone else spot the Doctor mending the Brig’s TARDIS tracker with a spoon?
19 BLS has some adorably old fashioned ideas.
20 Ok, the Doc’s reaction to the Undead is 100% Utopia.
21 I love those bad guys - they’re not trying to take over the world, or even do something bad, but they’re still creepily malevolent. Especially because they ask the Doc so nicely…
22 Brilliant! Put him in angst mode!
23 HOLY SMOKES that’s nasty.
24 Reverse the polarity of the neutron flow!
25 Kiddie companions?! This just gets better and better. And oh so creepy.
26 Isn’t it funny how Mawdryn, the Guardian and the Doctor are all equally worried about preventing the two Brigs meeting.
27 Funny how the Doctor can be accurate with the TARDIS when he really has to be…
